Teaching is a noble profession while teaching I feel good and happy because they learn the key points of my lecture when my student are not truly satisfied with the content of my teaching I tell them that on the next classroom while teaching I am more a mentor and organiser of learning experience and situations everybody has gained experience in their respective fields over a period of time however teaching is not just about sharing your experience knowledge and skills but rather developing a bond with your student that you are genuine interested in their development and well being teaching is all about becoming students with their true potential and help them to achieve their hopes and aspiration true education should not only clear all the academic concept and doubts but also should let students know about the practical implication in real world scenarios.Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability.These are the elements that I invest in my teaching. Moreover I allow learners to be themselves.This is a way of creating a conducive environment for learning.being a teacher for five years has taught me a lot of valuable lessons in life. It made me how I am today but despite that I am still not fully. Teaching is a very rewarding job and a valuable career.The main role of teacher is to further the knowledge and understanding of every child with in the classroom which can be difficult at times.An outstanding teacher must first have a personality that is opened to change and continuous learning.
