An AJK MCRC (Mass Communication and Research Center, Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi) post-graduate in Convergent Journalism.  Last worked in Kabul, Afghanistan as a Program Manager with an Afghan-American for-profit organization called Sayara Strategies and Research (From October 2012- November 2013).Before that, worked as an Associate Director with Pennywise Films Private Limited (From October 2011- September 2012). As a Features Writer and Reporter with Daily News and Analysis (DNA) (From August 2010 till September 2012).  Currently, settled in Jaipur and running an NGO- Deewa Cultural Society, which is dedicated to preserving cultures on the verge of extinction. Ms. Kirti Baid possesses 5 years of experience in the

trends , highly skilled in designing and manufacturing
