I am a licensed Football Coach / Fitness trainer... I am giving training since more than 7 years. My key skills are to teach different types of techniques which are really important in playing football. There's a lot of fun and fitness involved in the sesssion. Other than that weight management, athletic body , maintain fitness , and mental toughness with more flexibility and mobility are also there in the training session.
Many of the players who had been training under me have played District, State and other well known tournaments.
My target is to develope a player overall.
