Steadfast Coach’s vision is to provide unique in one of its kind of services in the career development and selection domain. We started our journey in 2018 while it was realized that majority of the students are looking for guidance in deciding what they want to do after 10th and 12th standard. Similarly 90% of the employees feel they are not happy in what they are doing as a job or an earning activity. On other side the problem of entrepreneurs and employers are increasing because of unorganized work culture, dissatisfied employees and mis-fit role selection. To address the need to take informed career decision candidates need support from people like their mentors.

For larger reach of services we created “Steadfast Coach” with the highly effective Career counselling + Coaching Programs. There are very few organization which use the Coaching as method to help individual, since it is their own career decision and not influenced by any one else.
