IdentityYoga lessons can be held at your home or other location. You will need a roomy space and yoga mat.
I also teach yoga for all ages, including children and teenagers.
For women: Yoga for all the stages of life, etc.
Private lessons can be structured various ways. I can plan the lesson around any questions you may have.
In a private lesson we can focus on a specific category of poses: Restorative Poses, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Back Bends, Twists, Inverted Poses, Lying Down Poses, Hip Openers, etc.
Note: There may be an extra travel distance fee if you live far from my home base or your place is outside the Ahmedabad city Limits.
Workshops and private sessions for larger groups are also available. Cost is determined by group size and travel distance.
