As the first question is how to charge so it can be easily checked around as.
What is the rate of the charges that people are giving around and according that and as per as your capability and the time that you will be giving students charge accordingly.
The second question how to pay to employees firstly have a check how many students you have and then you can decide how much ratio of the income generated you want to distribute.
Large bulk of students can be easily managed by firstly having a check if they are of se class then its well and good we can start with the same topic however if its diff classes then batches should be assigned classwise which will be convenient for students as well as the teacher.
