Well I was pretty much confident about my job though teaching engineering guys is not a cup of tea.I used to emerge myself with students to know their point of view but coming about respect. I am very happy that I have earned.I bring real life objects to the scenario to make the class somewhat practical.I do love to teach Production and Strength of materials and automobile subject.Gained 1yr experience and it was really useful.My communication with different age groups was I can say very good. Really helped to know there knowledge depth.
