People says no time to exercise, and they have time to spend on hospitals. Swimming is the best fun based exercise which keeps your body and mind fit. I have been thinking lot of days why can't we show the swimming skills to make learn of other so that it will be benefited with both sides. I had seen lot ed children specially in urban area don't get chance to swim, but have lot of wish to swim. But the difficult what the face is improper guidance to accomplish their wish. To help them and by the way how I learned it, I though of teaching them login this site. It gave me a lot of enthuse when I participated swimming competition during my school days. If get the chance, will train the beginner to swim and to participate in the events and make them to win
