Standard tips are as follows, but it does depend on the captured sound.
Kick - boost at 60/80 for more bottom end; cut at 350/450ish to remove boxiness; raise at 4/5k for clarity
Snare - boost at 100/200 for thickness; raise at 1k for snap; advance at 10k for crispness
Overheads - cut below 200 to remove unwanted boom; cut at 4k if cymbals are harsh; boost at 10k for bright shimmer
These are all very rough guides, and you must use your ears to judge your recording.
