"Horrible. Akshar yoga barely deals with yoga. They deal mostly with creativity and make people end up with injuries. I injured my knee in of their session. Every trainer teaches differently mostly twisting yoga and workouts into something out of shape and try to teach everything in the first week itself. They barely care for people who attend their sessions. Don't care even if they are injured. Management says they are not responsible and finally you end up with medical bills and pain for long term and bed rest ending up in gaining more weight. When yoga is twisted around and made into something else this is what happens. Most of the teachers treat traditional yoga saying that it is a waste in the class itself and promote to make us join their ttc. Classes we attend are mainly for branding and finally they get many yoga teachers who teach at different yoga centres what not yoga they learnt. Yoga is yoga when its done systematically. What happens when any art form or dance form or anything is changes out of proportion it turns into something ugly. Stop hurting people and stop hurting yoga. "
