"Ritu Mam is the best choice as a Yoga teacher for my mom who is about 52 years old and suffering from diabetes and other joint problems. Initially, Ritu Mam had asked me a list of her current problems and also the snapshots of her previous surgeries/blood sugar level reports. After a few classes itself, my mom told me that she could feel her joint movements to be more free, especially her knee and leg movements and would like to be under her guidance for a few more months. Ritu Mam is a very caring person and she identifies the flexibility, strength of an individual and makes them practice in the best direction suited targeting their weaknesses. I am very confident that dependency on medicines would come down since she does Yogic asanas and Pranayama with Ritu mam every alternate day in a week, which would bring overall health and happiness. She also has good knowledge of acupressure points and diet related queries. She is dedicated towards resolving the health issues in a natural Yogic method rather than usage of pathological medicines, which is a true sign of a great Yoga teacher. I would also like to add that her husband, Anil is a very supportive and cordial person to talk to. I feel that there is a real necessity of such people in our generation and if we follow/listen to them, we can all make changes to our lifestyles which could build a better society not only physically but on all levels. I feel very lucky to get her as a Yoga teacher for my mom. Thank you. "
