I have been conditioning my Body for the last seven years. Through my own research and using myself as the guinea pig, I have put together a sure fire routine, built on quick results while not compromising on having your favorite foods, which was a very important factor for me. I am a black belt in oriental karate and am also currently practicing other forms of martial arts like muay Thai. I am super friendly and good with people, and I know how hard it can be to maintain a routine.
