Humans has made great progress in combating physical and communicable disease. But we are losing battle against the emerging lifestyle disease like stress, depression, body aches, obesity, etc. My session are focused to improve overall heath of the body and to mitigate the effects of the diseases, which is common in today busy life.
I teach Ashtanga yoga to arise Self-awareness, flexibility, improve breathing patterns, de stress, emotional balance, with some basic life lesson to improve daily life. I invoke this within oneself through Yogasanas, Pranayam, Meditation, and sharing some Food tips.
My session are divided into meditation, vyam, yogasanas, pranayama and deep relaxation techniques.
I am a professionally trained teacher with international recognized yoga instructor certificate from Vyasya. I have been pursuing Yoga since in 2015 and completed YIC certification in Jan 2019. I work with Mudra Kendra and also take private and group session.
