Why female are more concerned about make up as compared to males?

While most people prefer the natural look, there's no denying how much make-up has transformed the looks of many, be it a woman or a man. It has magical powers that make one look better or worse, depending on what look one is going for.

How to do hair step cut?

Step cut is a technique of adding texture to the scanty hair to add more volume and movement. The technique starts with 4 partitions and 90 degree angle cutting perpendicular to the natural fall.
