Your prospective trainer will help you get started on a journey to get a toned body in 30 days.
A combination of exercises will help you get a toned body.
Week 1 - 15 mins of exercises. Start of runs, not more than 5 mins.
Week 2 - 30 mins of exercises. 10 mins of run.
From week 3 onwards, same routine as week 2.
We will be training 5 days a week.
We will be training at your home.
No restrictions on food.
Training will be with no equipments.
All we need is tights to be comfortable, yoga mat or carpet to do exercises on and an hour from your life.
A beautiful journey awaits us. The destination of leaner, fitter and a more defined body will be reached by the time we part our ways.
Initial results will take a month, body will be more defined by the end of six months.

Payment will be at the end of the month.
