I myself started Gym for my fitness after spinal code surgery 2008..After surgery it was very difficult me move,lift or any sports activities.So i decided to move forward and join gym 2010...By getting progress i move forward and participate competition.

after winning competition 2012 i started personal training in Assam....till...2015.I come to Bangalore to Join Gold Gym Indira Nagar. Here also i started personal training and did my Certification Course from Gold gym n completed and participate in Workshop...to learn more...still i am doing ACE course...to become International Certified trainer...before dt I hv completed lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist course from NESTA ( USA).
what i have done to myself from sick to fit and normal to bodybuilder..and bodybuilder to Personal Trainer.
With my experience and clients dedication i have transform everyone.
