Hi Shantanu,
As I feel, its better to prepare notes on daily basis according to the chapter covered on that day. For Biochemistry prepare essays point wise. Don't prepare in paragraphs. Let it be point by point. In case of metabolism just have a definition for the pathway in one sentence. Then mention cellular and subcellular sites. Then just draw the pathway. Don't have to give complete explanation. Even if you don't remember all the enzymes it's ok, but key enzymes of the pathway are IMP. in your notes as you draw the pathway, in that only just mark, inhibitors, activators of any enzymes, key enzymes, any special reactions such as substrate level phosphorylation, energetics etc. Then it's your responsibility to practice the pathways daily with those markings. For few days you can just look at the notes and practice. Once you are thorough it will automatically comes to your mind.
Physiology is all concepts. So just fill your notes with flowcharts and practice.
Anatomy is based on diagrams. (Refere Chaurasia's old editions as the diagrams are much simpler). If in book anything is not shown in diagrams but there in the explanation just put a circle triangle or some sort of marking to represent it and lable (don't draw them in exams. keep them just for your reference). Just every day practice the diagrams with that markings. Make the notes point wise.
Hope this would help you.
