I am a certified yoga trainer. I have been teaching yoga for the last nine years. I have completed a diploma in Yoga. I have experience in Naturopathy and have taught in the gold gym club. I have worked with worked in international clients and have provided corporate training for stress relief and well-being.

I have always been interested in growing my mental and physical health. I got interested in learning yoga and later taught it. Through yoga, I can achieve mental piece, and I want to connect with other passionate, eager learners. My classes are conducted online and offline mode.
My classes are systematically structured and well-planned. My approach towards classes is highly practical and interactive. I prepare my students to prepare for various exams in yoga. I also offer a certificate after the completion of my sessions. I help my students with nature therapy and help them treat multiple health issues. I have designed health programmes for my students, customised according to their requirements and comfort. The most distinctive feature of my classes is the incorporation of sound therapy. I also hand out manuals, reference books, and essential pdfs for the students to study.
