You can go for Sap HCM or Successfactor both are best modules for HR related Area.

You dont have to just rely on classroom trainings as it is quite possible that in jaipur you will not get expirenced Trainer as lot of coaching institute are just for doing bussiness hire anyone and want to complete Asap. so my suggestion is go and search for some good online freenalcer , you will get better training while sitting in your home.
