I want to speak fluent English.

Hi Premkumarchary, Most often I have noticed that people who dont speak English if for the fear of being judged. Once you start speaking (without worrying you are speaking right or wrong), you will start making progress. So go ahead, start speaking small sentences. Read a lot - especially conversations.
