Greetings! I am excited to introduce myself as a certified fitness trainer with 10 years of experience specializing in general fitness and weight management. As a Karnataka Fitness Academy Certified fitness trainer, my journey in the fitness industry has been driven by a desire to assist those struggling to find a dedicated fitness professional.

My career includes working at Gold Gym for a year, where I gained valuable insights and experience. Subsequently, I transitioned to freelancing, providing personalized fitness training to more than 20 clients.

In addition to my training expertise, I achieved a significant accomplishment by winning the national championship in powerlifting in 2021, showcasing my commitment to excellence in the field.

My approach to fitness training is practical and tailored to individual needs. I conduct offline sessions, ensuring a hands-on and personalized experience for my clients. While I don't use specific tools like PowerPoint, the focus is on practical exercises and guidance.
