I have an honors degree in Italian language from Delhi University. I have scored highest in my graduation programme. I have been teaching italian since 2009. Then I came to Bangalore and started working as italian language expert. I have a total work experience of 5 years & i also take English Language Classes.
I take Italian classes at home and the curriculum is equivalent to the Delhi University honors programme with the flexibility of incorporating the vocabulary that student requires. The duration of course is 32 hours which can be extended as per student's progress. The classes could be during week days in the evening or during the weekends.

if someone banned in ielts will he able to give pte exam?

 

yes, because the ownership of both exams are completely different. However, you may have to keep a gap of 6 months from ielts exam.

I'm seeing a dialect called Florentine dialect. How different is this from the typical Italian?

Standard italian is Tuscan dialect which is said to be an ammended form of florentine dialect. The dialects are not very different from each other however there could be some regional influences on pronunciation of certain words.

How different is Swiss Italian language? Meaning Italian language in Switzerland?

It is quite different from standard italian in speaking because the accent has regional influence. However written would be more or less like standard form only.
