I have an experience of 4 years in practicing and teaching yoga. I teach hatha and iyengar yoga, yoga for weight loss, and therapy. Apart from yoga I also teach Pilates and natural movements which helps in developing core strength, mobility and stability which are most important inorder to have a fit and injury free body. I also teach Pranayama and kriyas as well to relax the body and mind.
