Krisshnapriya

I started Bharathanatiyam when I was five years old; from that moment on I absolutely loved everything about Bharathanatiyam. Also, very much my self-interest started! and helped me learning this art continuously throughout my dance career up to the Diploma in Bharathanatiyam from Rukmini Devi College of Fine Arts, Kalakshetra Foundation.
The passionate in Bharathanatiyam made me to compete in various stages and the awards pushed me in to the next level of my dancing career.
Here are few of my achievements that I would like to note;
1. Arangetram under one of my early gurus Mrs. Latha Manickam, Salem in 2007.
2. Yuva Kalabharathi awarded by Brahmachari Dhuruva Chaitanya in 2007.
3. Arangetram from Kalakshetra foundation, Chennai, in 2016.
4. Jagrithi productions with Mrs. Krithika Subramaniam, Chennai, in 2016 & 2017.
After Kalakshektra I was performing and tutoring in various dance intuitions in Chennai; by the way I have helped lot of students to learn Bharathanatiyam and choreographed them to perform on stages as well. And since I moved in to Bangalore after my marriage life I have now settled myself taking classes in Prestige Shantiniketan (with Mrs. Deepa Krishnamoorthy) in Whitefield.
