I do help clients gain weight, lose weight, build stamina or improve flexibility, as suited to client's health, guiding clients on right exercising techniques. Working with older adult on fall prevention exercises muscle strength to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Fitness assessments and reassessments of exercise programs.
ï?· Personal training and development of exercise programs in nutrition, strength training,
aerobics and flexibility.
ï?· Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill
improvement.
ï?· Offer alternatives during classes to accommodate different level of fitness.
ï?· Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.
ï?· Monitor participantsâ?? progress and adapt programs as needed.
ï?· Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise
routines.
ï?· Plan routines, choose appropriate music, and choose different movements for each set
of muscles, depending on participantsâ?? capabilities and limitations.
ï?· Evaluate individual abilities needs and physical conditions and develop suitable training
programs to meet any special requirements.
ï?· Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing sport, recreational activities
and the use of exercise equipment.
ï?· Provide students with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and
lifestyle issues.
ï?· Plan physical education programs to promote development of participantâ??s physical
attributes and social skills.
ï?· Wrap ankles, fingers, wrists or other body parts with synthetic skin, gauze or adhesive
tape to support muscles and ligaments.
