Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a best training for the IT Industry. It is a unique framework and methodology which has key set of quality and statistical tools and techniques that can be applied to solve business problems like defect reduction, capability enhancement of key process steps, yield improvement of overall process,waste identification and elimination/reduction.

LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT AND BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION:

The certification process involves the participants to attend a classroom/online course, work on a case study to create solutions for each phases of the methodology, followed by successfully clearing an examination to become a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. We provide Industry standard class room training. The final part of the program involves working on a practical Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project within oneâ??s own organization or as provided by Innoverro Learn based on special request from the participant.
