English consists of 4parts majorly
1. Reading
2. Writing
3. Listening
4. Speaking
All these are interconnected for all these your basics should be very clear. Grammar plays a significant role start practising more n more
Start reading more.
For any writing part first, always write down the points in rough even though points are small then start putting those points in a format be it a letter, essay, paragraphs, summary.
For speaking very start reading novels and newspapers, start watching English movies.
Always keep a pocket dictionary with you forever and look for a word as soon as you get stuck will help in vocab.
Try and read or speak aloud; looking in the mirror will boost your confidence.

It is great that you have hold of grammar which is the basic step of speaking English correctly.
For speaking you need confidence you need presentation skills( how well you put your points forward)
So for that do below things;
1. Start reading English novels and english newspapers and make it a habit.
2.Start watching english movie.
3. Start talking to your self looking into a mirror.
4. If you want you can go for some communication class for sometime.
5. Believ in yourself.
