I'm a certified yoga instructor, with a masters in Yoga from Svyasa Yoga University.
I have been training for a year now including huge organisations like ONGC and IBM.
Apart from that I've been teaching in centres and handling personal sessions as well.
I follow hata Yoga Pradipka and Patanjali Yoga Sutras to the extent possible.
But I believe that rather than getting highly spiritual as of now, we need to understand and train our body and breath to control the mind and then go in depth about yoga.
