Hi Chandan,
First of all, remove the perception of getting judged and keep practising and speaking in English. One suggestion is to practice in front of the mirror so that you can see and listen to what you are speaking also read a lot of newspaper articles as it will help you build your vocabulary.

When you attend an interview, make sure you have the contact number of the HR, so that if you do not hear from them, you can all well call them up. Another thing you can do is write an email to the person asking an update on your interview result. If you do not receive a reply even after exhausting both the options above, move on and look for other options.
