I express my keen interest to work in your esteemed institute in position of a faculty for UPSC civil services exams. I would also want to be eagerly involved in the process of preparing prelims and mains test paper’s questions, answer content, Mains paper
evaluation, mentoring and guiding the team of content
creators.

As a faculty I’ve more than 10 years of experience in handling subjects like Geography, Environment, Current affairs, Indian polity and Indian Society among others. I have taught in various cities across India like Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and
Trivandrum, working for institutes like Insights IAS, Shankar IAS Academy, La Excellence, GS Mentors and others.

As a teacher, I focus on establishing an organic bond with my students, easing their efforts in learning the complex concepts, discussing previous year questions, presenting funny mnemonics, and assimilating current events with various GS papers including the case studies.

I have been evaluating CSE mains papers for nearly 10 years and also have led team of evaluators from the past six years as ‘Head Evaluator’ in reputed institutes like Insights IAS, Vision IAS and Convert IAS.

I have great expertise and experience in “Mains paper evaluation” and “Reviewing the work of other evaluators”. As the “Head evaluator” at Insights and Convert it was my job to recruit new evaluators, train them, review their work regularly and also to fire
the non-performing evaluators.

I’ve had over 450 evaluators all over India, working under my guidance. I had codified and put in place many evaluation standards, parameters and training procedures for evaluators on technical basis for Insights and Convert IAS so that uniformity is maintained
in terms of quality delivery.

I personally have evaluated and mentored over 150 successful candidates, including the top 10 rank holders from the past 12 years.
I had also led a team of content creators for the preliminary test series at Shankar IAS Academy and was the “Head of Prelims Test series content team”. From the past 6 years more than 60% of my predicted questions have appeared in the Prelims paper 1.

As a faculty, I have a unique and innovative way of teaching that primarily focuses upon training the students mind and ensuring that all facts and concepts remain in their long-term memory.
Apart from academic excellence, I always strive to emotionally motivate the students and condition their minds to maintain utmost discipline and continue to work diligently.
