I am a retired person as a Dy.Mgr.(Per.) In NMDC Limited Donimalai Complex and retired on 31.05.2023. While in service, I have taken classes for employees for Refresher Training on the subject of Management Leadership, Communication and Labour laws in different batches of around 150 employees in the last two years and also taken classes for employees who elevating to Supervisory Level (Jr.Officer) post as I have participated in many education got prizes.
I have qualified in the following areas under
1. MA(PM&IR) through distance education from Alagappa University Karaikudi and passed in 2002
2. LLB(Spl.) From VS Law Evening College Bellari in 1995

With the above and work experience of around four decades, I dare to handle Management and Law classes without fail.
