"I joined the yoga classes with an open mind to see if there were benefits in store for me. But what I received at the end was a lot more than I had imagined! I not only lost weight without any side effects I also saw a drop in my anger and stress level. This infact came as an observation from my husband as he said ever since you have started going for these classes you are so much relaxed. The classes helped bring a discipline to my life which I am currently following. Also it opened up my mind to mediation and other forms of healing. It is a must do experience ."

"I always thought that yoga is good for health, but it works slowly. I proved wrong, when I saw the results coming within 2 - 3 days of class. For first batch, I pushed my room mates to join the class. They appreciated the class very much. Then, I also decided to join next batch. Withing 3 days I could see lot of improvements in my energy levels and concentration. I was able to sit on computer for longer hours with much concentration and focus. I am also able to swim more laps easily and effortlessly. I suggest everyone to learn it from Manas in right way."
