Rituparna is a creative, interactive, experienced Visual Art and Craft teacher, adept at teaching various art concepts and methods in a way that’s fun engaging, and insightful. She is adept at planning activities meant to develop the skills and exciting abilities of students. She is specialized in observing students' progress and providing constructive criticism.

To generate original ideas & projects that lure children away from their desktop gaming to their sketchbooks and inspire kids to help them become artists, critical thinkers & creators, motivates her to be an Art teacher.

She is a believer in giving shape to children’s own creativity because every child is creative in their own way.

She has been nurturing creativity in the plethora of art & culture for the past 7 years, being associated with various child organizations.

Besides being a teacher she is an Art practitioner and nature lover. She has been volunteering with an NGO, Bhartia Urvil (Kolkata), as a member since 2015. She believes in being optimistic & open to new ideas.
