Thank you for your feed back. I am really sorry that I am unable to make you understand that refund is not possible because you did not attend sessions regularly without information every time you text 5 mins before session that you not coming and you switch off your phone that time I already reached your location then I had to go back I didnt like that behavior at all once twice is adjustable but you were kept on doing it so., I had to stop, you said because of marriage you are not able to make time so I understood and still I belived and offered you to continue after marriage but you didn't agreed and started asking refund I had to say I'll try to refund because you kept calling again and again please understand no gym will provide refund if you didn't utilise facilities in given duration. So please understand. Sourav you are very good person please if you want bring change into your healthy lifestyle you have to work hard and have positive mindset if you are not ready to do the work no professional trainer can give you results if you truely dedicated to exercise you don't even need trainer hope you understand please contact me if you wanted to restart again if posible I'll give you some free sessions. Take care.
