I am a passionate Learning & Development professional currently working as a freelance Trainer and HR Consultant. I have over 16 years of work experience in Learning & Development, Operations, and Transition. My forte is in diagnosing, designing and developing, and delivering behavioral, soft skills, and language training programs. I have delivered training programs across all levels of management i.e., customer service associate to Vice President and to students from different institutions.
More emphasis is provided on interactive learning methods such as lectures, role plays, simulations, and games to make the programs fun learning as well to achieve the desired outcome. In addition, I’m able to easily connect with my participants with my extrovert nature and multi-linguistic talent (can speak English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam & partially Urdu & Telugu).
While I hold a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management, I have also earned certification in Teaching English as [Foreign Language/Speakers of Other Languages] (TEFL/TESOL). I hold IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Master Trainer certification from the British Council of India.
