"Shruti is an excellent yoga guru. She motivates us in a way that we ourselves want to do more. Her classes come with a different stroke each day exploring varied asanas, specific focus for core strengthening. She even teaches specific asanas, breathing techniques to issues associated with migraine, sinuses etc. I was a 100+kg student with her and she managed to motivate me to do shirshasana in a span of 45 days of joining her. She is excellent and very knowledgeable and gives personal approach in a class. I always thank her for motivating me and even during pregnancy she guided specific asanas to enable normal delivery which helped a big deal as I had both my babies delivered normally. I hold deepest gratitude and respect for the way she has guided me through yoga for a better life. Thanks so much Shruti... "
