Besides art, I've been into fitness and self defense for a very long time. I come from a place where the streets aren't friendly. and I believe not everyone needs to follow strict principles of martial arts to defend themselves. It's a necessity of life and I want to spread my knowledge of surviving in streets to people, especially women who are always living in a fear of stalkers or molesters.
