I am an BE graduate working in an IT company from past 7 years. I have a very good experience and knowledge in Software testing (Manual and Automation).
SOA is were I am currently expertised on.

(production/application support analyst ) is that good for a non-coding person? bcz didn't have coding knowledge and I don't want to learn. please, anybody, suggest to me is that good or not for the future IN the USA? what about communication skills for that kind of role? what kind of certifications did we need? who does gna teach?

Production/ Application Support Analyst - This is a Support Job, which does not require depth coding Knowledge. This profile is good for Non-Coding Person but has no much scope and growth. Working on this in the beginning of the carreer for an year is fine as it helps you get knowledge on Application and also how to handle Production environment but later i suggest you to get into easy coding paths like Python, SOAP UI Automation (Grrovy), Rest Assured using Python which is actually booming in Market.

When it comes to certification, its upto you but now you have lot of options on Internet for learning anything on your convinient time. you also can buy udemy for learning some skills.
