I am freelance fitness instructor and have an experience of 8 years. I am passionate about helping people achieve their overall health, fitness and wellness goals and focus on physical, mental and emotional health because I believe they are interconnected and one cannot be possible without the others.

I am also a certified yoga instructor and face yoga instructor.

I guide my clients to slowly and steadily bring about lifestyle changes for lasting results and help to make them equipped to lead a healthy and joyful life.

My classes will include a mix of weight training, cardio, streching, meditation, breathing exercises, deep relaxation. Will be customised as per the requirement of client. I will also provide dietary and nutritional guidelines specific to client lifestyle and needs.
