Which is best HTML or CSS?

First of all both the Topics are not SAME to judge which is best/worst. So, it's like HTML is like human SKELTON & CSS is like human Muscles & JavaScript is like a Actions (walk/speak/hand-movement) which makes your website a functional site.

What is the course fee of HTML?

Fee depends on the different institutes/online-tutors based on there experience. Even you can learn HTML for free online using W3Schools.com Which gives you full knowledge at free of cost. Your investment is only spending 1 hour a day for 15 days.

Which HTML course is best?

There is no such HTML in which you can say it is GOOD/BAD. So, learn most of the tags in HTML along with the latest version (HTML-5). Which will give you more knowledge & strength for your next level.

*) Ask them about what exactly you looking for (example - like you looking to learn some new technology, then ask them from when they working on this technology).

*) Check whether they are able to provide solutions for some of your complexity questions (like some technique which can improve performances, keys concepts to the language. Don't worry even if you not aware earlier about that).

*) What's is passion. (normally some are passoniate about teaching, who might deliver the content better).
