Owing to the recent trends, students need the support from the teacher's as Mentors for which I have justified in a best way possible. Understanding the need of students, staying unprejudiced has helped me in the long run. Accepting small achievements and welcoming the differences in understanding the needs help me in devising meticulous lesson plans. Hybrid learning , choosing the best tools for rendering the class uplifts the understanding of the concepts. Regular evaluation helps !!! Tracking the performance, gives an insight to learning the concepts with different tools. Making the class interactive has helped in the right expression from the student community. Attending to the doubts , clarification and space provided has given a great retention of the students. My Class X students have been with me for a while, since their class 8 and 9 which has given beautiful results. Overall it's all in the shaping of an individual rather than attending only to academics. These skills come as a compliment hence it's holistic growth of an individual with respectable and appreciative performance. All in all it's a wholesome treat for someone who enjoys the learning - teaching process.
