"The front office executives needs to learn some etiquette to speak to customers (Preethi & Shilpa). When you call them for an enquiry they say they will check and get back. But they never return the call back even after 3 days. And when called for a follow up on the enquiry they don't feel apologetic but blame the customer that why did you not give a call back. The service is also not as before. I have rated this place as good in the past. But now from last 2-3 times I didn't like the service at all. All their skilled staffs have left. New staffs doesn't know anything. I had gone for ante dandruff treatment, the lady who did the treatment was in hurry and wanted to finish off the process in 15-20 minutes skipping the important steps of treatment. I had to continuously tell what to be done next as I have undergone the treatment at the same place before. That day there was so much of hairfall due to wrong handling of the hair. Very disappointing experience it was. "

"Doesn't deserve any star.You Can't trust their machines. Got an electric shock out of their vibrator machine today. IT'S Absolutely Deadly. Staff is not trained at all for their all the machines. Heating belt doesn't work properly and didn't change after repeated requests, doing some loose connection of wires and trying to make it work somehow and no one has any clue of what they are dealing and handling with their belts & methodology is not proper. (Chalta types attitude) horrible experience. Strongly insist and don't recommend this for slimming and losing weight.they charge money for packages and change the therapist whenever they want without any notice.This centre should close down. Don't go if you want to be alive. "
