"At the time of January I feel weakness and tiredness all time in my body so some one suggest me that you will start exercise but I don't know how to start. So I have start searching trainer in Urban pro for my physical fitness. And on the few days I selected Mr. Harsh for my training session, At the time of starting it's feels difficult for me to do exercises but under the instructions of Mr. Harsh I started doing different types of exercises and Cardio workout and in 2-3 months I see positive result in my body.
