"I want to share my healing experience that how deep breathing & stretching exercises helped me to overcome acute pain in my above ankle area. I was almost limping from my left leg for last two years. I had taken physiotherapy for more than 6 months, even shown to best doctors of india in hospitals like gangaram, aiims but there was no relief they start treating me for gout & ligament rapture. I was associated with manishji for last 5 years but had left yoga classes. During lockdown I again got chance to join online yoga classes of manishji. After 3 months of regular classes I realised that my ankle pain had vanished & even my left frozen shoulder was much better. I want to thank manishji for holistic treatment through breathing exercises. I realised where medical science fails yoga & positive attitude does helps. God bless you manishji for your unique style of yoga. I would also request manishji instead of 3 classes a week to conduct 6 classes in a week. This will help all to get rid of all diseases & most important stress."
