I encourage kids to think practically and mold themselves with real time or industrial requirements. Apart from textbook knowledge I find it extremely necessary for kids to know how manufacturing and service industry works what are the key requirements and so on. This will give added advantage to the kids with higher exposure and understanding the factory model at an earlier stage
