My main focus in teaching MS Excel is to give you the essential skills to help you get a job. Once you get the job you should be able work effectively in which ever functional area you are posted - like HR, Inventory Control, Procurement or Finance. This can be achieved by looking at two aspect with respect to MS Excel. The first aspect is, to identify the areas related to your job where you can use excel to improve your performance and also help the company to perform in an excellent manner. This insight is lacking, almost among all the executives, at the starting levels. This comes from vast experience gained by working on different sets of data. We are willing to teach you these details to make you gain a greater understanding as to how to effectively use MS Excel.This understanding is the primary requirement. The second aspect is the skill to use MS excel, in a professional manner. Knowing the different keyboard short cuts, application of formulae, processing raw data to convert it into the required format. Basically it means know how to use MS Excel. Combining these two skills, will make you an important person. People will frequently come to you seeking your assistance to process some data and extract some useful information. As you know today, data is the new gold. When you are a master in handling data, you are the KING.

Learning Python invlolves learning different aspects of the language, the basic codes to write the script, the syntax in using the key words, the flow controls, being able to workout your logic and alogrithm which you want to code, understanding advanced concepts like oops, using other modules etc and more.
The basic asumption that you need to have a science back ground to get into programming is not true. To start with 10th standard maths and logical thinking and a strong desire to learn and succeed are the key ingredeints to success. As you gain expertise and confidence you can try out more advanced topics.
