- Find out where, when and how you learn best: By taking notes? Reading one book at a time? Through all-out effort? Study groups?
- Organise your time and the place to study according to that.
- Take breaks.
- Check what you have learned regularly.
- Talk positively to yourself, not negatively.
- Don’t push yourself to read when you don’t feel like it, try to find the reason why you don’t feel like it and work with that
