Why do you feel so? Have you ever thought of yourself apart from your physical existence? Or even on physical existence have you ever thought that is it only your body that sticks with you all through your life?! That is where yog works. It awakens your conciousness. It combines the body,mind and soul to make your life simpler ,smoother, and dis-ease free. That is the role of yog -the typical,basic ,traditional yog. I dont know which version of yog do u think is overrated?
