Although one can switch between sections under the revised CAT pattern, CAT is renowned for throwing surprises in the exam. Also, I would advise to not keep switching between sections during the test. If you are through with a section and are stuck with a couple of questions, then, one may switch to a section and come back later. Since switching is allowed. The best strategy is to equally divide time (total time minus 20 minutes) between all the sections , You need to keep 20 minutes in the end for section(s) where you feel you have not done well and allocate time accordingly.
