Anxiety in any task, including the IELTS, can be overcome via preparation. If you cannot concentrate on the exam during the session, perhaps you want to explore its root cause.
At first, you have to ask yourself if you want to give the exam at all. Without the desire, no force on earth can put the information in your mind.
Secondly, you should make realistic goals for the preparation. If one gets a daunting task, they are more likely to avoid even attempting it. Instead, try to aim for a realistic timeline and divide the preparation as per its four sections.
Lastly, prepare like it's your only goal on the planet. I can attest that despite being a native speaker and professional writer, I got a passing score because on the writing section because I was focused on my main job at the time.
I hope you get your desired score!

In any form of fitness exercise, including yoga, straining the knee depends on the problem. If you have osteoarthritis, yoga can help you strengthen the muscles, which helps reduce osteoarthritis.
However, if you have any ligament or meniscus tears, I would highly recommend that you enlist a physiotherapist or a trained professional.
While it can be a barrier due to slowed metabolism, age is a very minimal factor compared to your diet, prior medical conditions/injuries, and other factors.

Hi Sonu,
The best way to improve your speaking fluency is via practice. I would highly recommend watching the BBC with the subtitles on. You can watch the news or watch British comedy shows like "Yes, Minister" on Youtube.
It would help if you also remembered that the IELTS speaking section looks for natural slang but not profanity. For example, you can say, "I can do the dishes," which means you can clean the dishes. However, avoid any expletives or profanity.
Practice makes perfection, and it is the same for the IELTS as well.
You may want to enlist a trained partner or a family member to help you in this endeavour.
I wish you the best of luck!
